  I haven’t used the delivery option in so many years the first time I use it again service and food terrible. I ordered the pizza online around 8:30pm and when I checked for an update it said my order had been passed down to DoorDash. The order was picked up around 9pm and was on the way however I didn’t get it until a little after 10pm. The driver made several other stops with my pizza in the car and the time for delivery kept getting pushed back. By the time I received my pizza it was extremely cold and honestly I didn’t eat it. I didn’t want nothing that was cold and had been in a car for over a hour. Not to mention it wasn’t even in an insulated bag. I called several times and they don’t answer the phone. It appears they were picking up and hanging up. My transportation is so therefore I can’t personally go up there.

  I called in to place a carry out over the phone at the call center and was told 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store I was told the wait time was an additional 20 to 25 minutes. The guy name “Minix” at the register stated he would ask his manager about a discount. Minix came back and told me no, there was not any compensation for me.

  I placed an order at 7:21 and here it is 9:05 and I still have not received my order. I called to the store 30 minutes ago and he told me the driver just left 2 minutes ago... I've yet to receive my order. Pissed off is an understatement right now!!!

  The staff have very positive attitudes. Their pizza is delicious.
