  Was just at this location yesterday I ordered my food on the app at 2:38 got there about 2:50 they didn't have my order ready literally was there until like 3:30 still waiting so I went next door to get my brows done like ten minutes came back still didn't haven't my food ready she asked to me to pull it up on my phone u saw the proof obviously yall never made my order from 2:38 when I first place it im never going back to this location ever again took my money never got any food I just said ima dispute the charge I never got my food they are to slow what's the purpose of ordering online or on the app if you not gone have it ready when I get there waste of time I was late for my kids event

  This place gets on my damn nerves. Staff has no customer service etiquette. The second drive thru line has no notification buzzer to notify thw staff that someone is waiting and this was told to me by a STAFF MEMBER. The big boss or general manager needs to do pops up visits. Then when you ask for napkins and condiments it's a issue.

  Employee at drive thru window was very rude. I ordered a McFrappe and I noticed when she handed it to me that it had caramel sauce all over the outside of the cup. I went to get a napkin to clean up the mess and there were none, big shocker. When I asked the employee for napkins, she grabbed a handful and tossed them into my window. I called the store to complain because I didn't have time to go inside. The manager said she would take care of it but I doubt it. They looked like they used the "buddy system" there if you know what I mean. So, now I have caramel all over the place and everything was sticky. Oh and when I grabbed the cup, the top popped off but I was able to keep it from spilling all over me but in order to save it, I stuck ky hand in the whipped cream and caramel on top of the coffee. The employee never said hello, thank you, Im sorry that I didn't put the top on the cup very well. Nothing, just napkins and caramel everywhere in my car. A big sticky mess!!! And one more thing, it looks like the last person that cleaned their parking lot was when the building was built! Seriously, Just nasty!
