  It’s 3:58 am, and the lady at the speaker is saying they are currently preparing breakfast and it will be an hour before anyone can be served. I have seen about 10 cars leave from the drive through. Losing business and money because the workers are lazy.

  On Saturday, 2/28/26 the doors were locked just 13 minutes after 7 am, which inconvenienced at least four customers who were trying to enter. The posted hours should be honored or clearly communicated to avoid frustrating patrons.

  Gotta say, my visit on 02/25/2026 was great! I was enthusiastically greeted at the drive thru speaker and the workers in the window were nice as well. My food was fresh and the line was moving. Keep up the great work!

  Me and my kids walked in the snow to get yelled at inside closed and I'm like why wasn't anything going wrong. Everyone doesn't have a vehicle so that food for thought. Because I called before going no one answered the phone it wasn't busy at all. They had no excuse to why we couldn't go on the inside of the MacDonald on Austin peay in Memphis Tennessee they has the worst attitude and I have been in customer service for 20years that isn't how you treat paying customers. I know lose one not going to stop anything but I don't know might have lost me as a customer forever. Too many other restaurants that serves you with a smile no matter what time of day it is
