  We waiting over 20 mins in a line, and they line move overly slow, they always out of something, and they gave us the wrong order and charge us for something we didn’t ask for

  Worst McDonald's in Memphis. Full of excuses. System down, short staff, any excuse to not serve customers. Including regular customers.

  Very slow the person in the grill can be heard cursing saying ain’t nobody gonna rush him , there wasn’t a manager present and the line was long the front counter worker had to go in the grill to fix food .

  I need the area manager, district manager, or somebody to run my money back right now! Leaving this location right now, and nobody is here. the app took my order and money. There were two cars there, but didn’t see anyone there. Somebody better figure somebody out!

  Food was hot but drinks tasted bad, and when i let employee know he did not care and nonchalantly stated “go on the inside” not even fully saying it before walking off. served UNDONE nuggets and my boyfriend ate one thinking they were normal but they were SOFT AND UNDONE, causing intense stomach pains for him throughout the night!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, SLOW, FOOD RARELY IS HOT, ORDERS ARE CONSISTENTLY MISDONE. would rate zero if i could.
