  Ordered a coffee on the mobile app paid for it and when I pulled up to the speaker over 20 min goes by the line stacking up to the street . I try to go inside and they locked the doors. I drive around to the window and the rude girl tells me I would have to drive back around to the drive thru line they are short staffed yet the 3 people that pulled into drive through before me where served but when it gets to me I am forced to wait over 25 min for a coffee on the mobile app I already paid for. I just left. No excuse for the poor attitude and the refusal to work while on the clock when they are no guests in the dinning room and cars stacked to the street on drive through is ridiculous.

  Stayed in drive thru for 15 minutes wondering if the place was even open at 830 in the morning, I called to the speaker but no one answered, 10 more minutes she finnaly takes my order and tells me she's the only one working in there, it's another 15 minutes before I get my food, and then the biscuit was hard as a rock and the egg and cheese were cold, I just threw it all away , wasted 12 bucks, don't know about yall but I can't spend 12 bucks and not get anything edible, if I could give the place negative stars I would

  After waiting in drive thru for about 15 minutes I pulled to window and was told they were charging shift and it will be 10 more minutes 😧 I just pulled off.

  Food was good. It’s McDonald’s. The staff could use some customer service training.
