  This location is generally a solid experience, so that's why this is a 3 star review and not 1 or 2. However, I think I just ran into a poor management situation as the whole shop was seemingly being ran by only 2 employees (doing an admirable job given the situation) at 12:30 on a Saturday. I was 2nd in line and ordered a single cold sandwich. Right at 30 minutes later the sandwich finally was handed to me. I would have left if it wouldn't have taken another 5 mins to get a refund. You simply can't expect 2 employees to take all the orders, run the grill, make the cold sandwiches, put together online orders, and keep the shop presentable. Gotta get more folks in there on a Saturday at lunch time! Come on, Lenny's!

  Just wanted to chime in. My food was fresh and great. The restaurant was clean and nice. But the important part of this review was the customer service that I received. I don’t know the young man’s name the night that I visited, but he was so welcoming, kind, and respectful! Great job young man on providing excellent customer service! You are appreciated!

  As they delivered my order they were very rude. They tossed it to me like a garbage bag. Then when I got my food it was thrown into the bag with ingredients all over. Then I opened my bag and got my sandwich all wrong. Steer clear

  I rushed in miserable rainy weather to arrive before closing time at 8pm. I got to the door just as it was locked at 7:49pm. She said "we are closed" and walked away. MADDENING.
