  There was a young lady up there with a dirty pink bonnet and a gap big enough to slide my card through to purchase who was so rude . She told me she couldn't make me a iced coffee and then she asked her coworkers who was making the coffee and they all proceeded to say they weren't so guess what ? They didn't make it because they didn't want to . Mind you they close at 9pm do better I'm disgusted

  Hostess told my husband he was talking to her disrespectful and that she was young and he shouldn't talk to her in that manner. We were confused and embarrassed. All he did was ask if he could have the fresh glaze he saw being made was told he had to wait until 530pm he was not rude and still purchased a dozen

  Ordered 2 boxes of Donuts. 1 dozen of glaze and 1 dozen of chocolate. 1st the lady wouldn't let me use my Krispy Kreme $25.00 gift card so I had to pay cash. Than after I paid cash they kept my change and didn't give me a receipt. Plus they left me at the drive threw windows and acted if they gave me my money back and a receipt. I had to knock on the windows. Finally the manager came and gave my money back. She didn't apologize or nothing just a cold experience. They have lost my business at this location forever. Horrible place to shop

  The two employees did not seem very excited to be working today. It was a bit confusing ordering donuts today as I would ask for the name on the label and point and they would say "Oh, that's not this donut". They didn't even care enough to match up the new donut trays with the correct names on the signs. 🤔 The latte machine was broken? But the iced coffee was pretty good. Donuts were good overall.

  Usually when I come in the morning, they barely have donuts. I usually want to show up at 7. They never have glazed donuts in the early morning. And many of the specialty donuts, they are usually out of them as well. To my understanding, this location makes donuts for many other places, like Kroger, or gas stations, so they make them for those locations in the morning. At this donut shop, there’s no glazed donuts available for people who want to buy donuts. I was told once that the glazed would be ready about 9am, but they open at 6am. If there are no glazed donuts available to people in the early morning, why is the store open to people at 6? It’s crazy that every donut place, when they open, have fresh donuts for people except the most famous donut place. To my understanding it’s only this KK location. It’s very frustrating because I love Krispy Kreme and would love buy donuts from this location. Update: after speaking to the GM, she has rectified the situation. She is being very generous and taking care of the situation. So we shall see! This review will be raised even higher after that.
