  Normally I'm a big fan of hueys but our most recent experience was lackluster at best. Our server was initially friendly but disappeared after taking our order and we didn't see him again until 10 minutes after our food had been delivered, prepared incorrectly. Employees were just sitting around at tables on their phones instead of refilling drinks etc. Normally our drinks get refilled before we even finish them we had to wait again another 10 minutes to flag someone down for refills. Not their best day.

  I don't make negative post after 1 experience. This is the second time I've been and it was absolutely terrible. They literally scraped the chili off the bottom of the pan for the chili cheese fries. It was hard and burned. The chicken philly bread was so hard it was not edible. Service this time was ok but the time before I just got up and left. Olive Branch and Midtown locations are wonderful. This is only a couple examples from this pathetic location.

  Well to start with the service was outstanding our server nailed it, on every level. Man, I wish that got her name she was a blond with tye-dyed shirt on. She definitely deserves a raise. The food was amazing and arrived very fast and very hot. The only downside was the bathrooms they were filthy and stuff was broken, no toilet paper and just gross. You know 💯 that the staff usually uses the same bathrooms. They easily could have cleaned them. They were so dusty. It's really sad that when they have a great concept and they expand they lose sight of the little things. You can do better. Your manager was literally walking around doing nothing not even checking on tables. Other than that it was very good 👍.

  After really enjoying this location for its convenience, we finally reached our limit. We visited for lunch on Sunday, 3/29 at 3 PM and chose to sit on the patio to enjoy the weather—but unfortunately, we left regretting that decision. Our server, Tyerra, provided one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. She was rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. We never received a single refill, she walked away while we were still trying to place our order, and she never checked back on us. We were also left waiting for quite some time just to receive the receipt. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  Hadn't been to Huey's in quite a while. Nothing was as I remembered. The potato skins were eh, the buffalo chicken wings were pretty good, and the service was eh. I don't like to be bothersome when I dine at a restaurant, but I also needed sour cream for the eh potatoes and lemons for the not-so-sweet tea. It wasn't very busy when I went, but still I had to repeatedly remind the server, which made me feel like I was the problem. Not saying I won't return but it just seems the place is better in my memories.
