- ECEdward CaveFeb 19, 20265.0The store manager was was very professional and nice the kitchen staff lost one my orders I had to wait along time to get my order and the assistant manager was very rude to me and very unprofessional and she gave horrible customer service and hospitality again the assistant manager lady not the store manager I was very disappointed how she acted unprofessional to me I close to the counter she asked me whet was on my burger and I told her and she snapped at me and told to move back from the counter I was only trying to answer her question she was rude and unprofessional to me the store took care my problem the customer service and hospitality is not that good in the evening time at all 2-21-2026 I spoke with district manager about my issues and he going to fixed my issues so I told him I would change my review

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
