When we returned with the receipt, the staff laughed among themselves and asked for the bag, which they kept. They refused to refund or replace the food. When I started recording for my safety, one of the employees laughed, which was very disrespectful. We only want to resolve this issue properly. We have evidence of our visit, including a short video showing our presence in the restaurant, the receipt, and the bag. We would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. I have more evidence but it won't let me upload the videos. I have a 7.5-minute video and a 3-minute one because I didn't record when they left me waiting. It took an hour for them to talk and in the end they didn't give me anything, just told me to write my number and name on a piece of paper without any information.
