How can food be cold when you get it?!? I had to microwave my food 5 min when I got to the hotel. When you spend close to $70 for food for my family I expect it to be fresh. The young lady bring the food was not happy to be there. I get it, it’s a job but if you don’t like it quit and get something you like. Judging by the way she acted didn’t seems like she wanted to work anyway. They need to close this location or wipe out the whole crew and rehire a better evening crew. I am out of town. I should I have realized when there was no people there but I already ordered it and paid for it via the app. I checked the reviews, later and I should pass this place up, too many bad reviews.

When we got our food it was cold all of it , the burgers , the fries , and even the chicken , so I had to nuke the food up to make it warm .Not good of making fresh food .This was around 8:40 pm .So my fellow people don’t go here around 8:00 pm ….Or disappointment shall be nigh.

First time trying Whataburger Arrived on time, waited 20+mins for some cold and dry burgers, fries, and chicken tenders and no flavor whatsoever and the girl was rude to us. Update: The food made me sick the next day. This is a waste of money💸

At 10:30 am, store service sucks. Rude employees, one customer got a refund 17 minutes no food. Employee talked about customer behind his back, but he heard and an argument ensued. I was told I had to wait, turns out forever

This location is awesome , I always come when a certain manger is there especially on the weekends. I’ve experienced too many issues and attitudes with my order when I come during the morning or on my lunch break . So I decided to go at a different time to see if there would be any difference , it truly has been. My food is always hot , I rarely have to wait ,the service of the cashier and manager is great . I think her last name is Williams , I can’t pronounce her first name . So now I only come and get my food when she is there
