My family and I walked in to get frosty's, stood there for 5 minutes no one spoke to us or greeted us and we were their only customers there wasn't anyone in the drive thru or in the lobby. Then a gentleman came in behind us with his order incorrect, walks up to the counter and gets seen immediately and helped immediately and all the while we are still not even spoken to, they just stood by the fry station staring at us. After ten minutes of not being helped or even spoken to my family and I decided to go somewhere else. It's a horrible location filled with employees that rather conversate among each other than help customers! I will never return to this location and do not recommend anyone going to this location. I would put zero stars if that was an option. This entire visit is hurtful and not ok from a business perspective.
