- VHv. h.Dec 3, 20251.0I am BEYOND tired of the attitudes and inaccuracies. Messing up someone’s order and having an attitude is adding insult to injury. How hard is it to make sure you give someone the correct lemonade? I seriously would love to know. I CANNOT HAVE HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. So when I order Minute Maid zero sugar with no ice(which is on the receipt), that’s what I expect. Ppl have health conditions that call for little to no sugar so your carelessness could literally mean making someone ill and/or causing agonizing pain. I say this as someone that once worked in fast food, Popeyes I might add. It’s not hard to accurately prepare an order. No one forced any of you to choose that line of work so why treat the customers as if they did? How are we to advance as a society if making fast food orders is a task that proves impossible? It costs you nothing to be pleasant and get someone’s order right. Do better.

However, an automatic message played on the speaker informing me that they were currently closed when I arrived at 11:44 p.m. Jan 3, 2026 I got there at 10:52, and was told they are closed. Still shows midnight online.

Now I order the same meal every time a number 1 bacon chicken croissant meal, that's what it is on the board, this person told me it does not come with bacon I said okay. I just wish when people do not know they not make themselves look inadequate to do their job by acting as if they know. When the regular crew is there everything goes smoothly.
