- JKJearica King2 days ago1.0I truly don’t understand why it takes them 30 minutes to come to the speaker every time I come here to take an order! Multiple people pull out of line because of this. Just lazy workers! Let someone else take your job if you don’t want to do it!! Literally had to call the store after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one in front of me, just to ask was somebody going to come to the speaker and take my order! While I was on the phone somebody finally came to the speaker. I’m surprised they even answered. Total time spent at a fast food drive thru=30 minutes. Ridiculous! Then saw a cook grab his hat with his gloves on and I’m sure went back to touching food immediately. I’m disgusted.

The line wasn’t long but they took a long time on the customer before me which is why I believe they had my chili made and sitting on the counter. Here is video proof! I left Union and went to Poplar Ave and Thor chili was perfect.
