It was a mess. the surfaces were visibly sticky, dirty, and very unkempt. There was trash thrown everywhere. As i’m sitting at a very dirty table, waiting for my sister to get her food, i look down and a roach crawls out from underneath the booth and hid underneath one of the many cup lips that were thrown everywhere. I believe my sisters order was correct and nobody was rude or anything. Ik that some customers have no common decency but at the end of the day the employees are there to also keep things clean.

That is fine and all but when it came down to it they charged me for everything then acted like it was my fault. Super rude staff and not helpful at all. This place isn't worth your time or money.

Oh and dont you dare try to get your money back after ordering a mobile order and they didn't have what you ordered. They charged me for food they did not give me. Told me to leave cause I was holding up the line. And acted like it was my fault that I ordered food.

I proceeded around to window, employee asked did I have an order and I explained. Manager on shift said I had to pull back around and replace my order. There were like 5 cars behind me, she said they don't take orders at window with an attitude said I must have not been pulled all the way up to the speaker. I didn't know you need instructions to pull up to a speaker at a drive thru, the 100 of times people go through drive thrus now. Manager on shift at 2:30pm Saturday 10-25-25 seriously needs appropriate training when talking to customers.
