My experience was unprofessional, careless, and deeply disappointing. I specifically ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a Chicken BLT, but instead, I was given a bacon cheeseburger. The fries I received were old and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were carelessly tossed upside down in the bag. Adding to my frustration, I was not given a receipt for my order. Unfortunately, I only realized these issues once I made it all the way home, which made it impossible to immediately correct the mistakes. The lack of professionalism extended to the customer service I encountered. The workers who handed me my food did not greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word throughout the transaction. This silence, combined with the incorrect and poorly handled order, left me feeling disrespected and disregarded as a customer. I am both angry and disgusted with the level of service I received. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect immediate corrective action to ensure that other paying customers do not have to endure the same.
