- TSTaylor Sewell6 days ago1.0My boss and I ordered tropical smoothie one morning a couple of weeks ago, she got the chicken pesto wrap, I got the peanut butter wrap. BOTH of our wraps had hair…like multiple pieces of hair INSIDE the wraps. We called them several times for a refund, tried to give them the opportunity to make it right to no avail. They actually started ignoring my calls. So we paid $37 for food that went directly in the garbage. It’s gross and they acted like it was no big deal. Having one piece of hair is one thing but having hair all throughout your food, on multiple different items is so nasty and the fact that as a business they wouldn’t do the right thing. I will no longer support this business and I will make sure to spread the word so no one else has to waste their money .
