  I never usually leave reviews, but today I had the best taco bell experience of my life. I've never been done wrong by this specific location but today they pleasantly surprised me still. I've been having a rough day so I went to this location and ordered on the app and came in. My food was pretty much done but I was surprised to see it wasn't at the pick up station. A worker noticed me sitting there and explained to me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I explained that it was okay expecting to just be refunded. Instead they offered to replace the item with nacho fries which was a little more pricey than the item I had ordered. On top of that they gave me two free drinks. (I was with my boyfriend there) This is the best location in the area. Never ever has disappointed me.

  The young lady Ronchelle when came after a game Friday night on 2/27/26 . She was rude didn't greet us when we got to the window. Took our money did not say have a great day or anything. This is not the type of customer service you should experience when coming through drive through. I know we have bad days but it should never show while you working. She most definitely didn't need to be on the drive through it dealing with customers. Her attitude and character spoke a lot of value even if she didn't say a word. I'm a manager myself and this was unacceptable behavior. I come here a lot and she always have a problem this time I just report her

  The 9$ discovery box is advertised on the menu. She said they didn’t have the flamin hot only Doritos….ok. So I get that! For starters food was falling out the wrappers looked like it was just dumped in the bag. Second 1 item was missing which was the burrito. She proceeds to tell me that it only comes with the 2 items ummmmm no that’s not was was told while order! I was told that the flavor was different. Ok cool I pull off to go look at the menu again and it’s clearly there in black in white. Instead of taking accountability for there mistake she proceeds to go back and forth. I went to the window and gave them the food back and received a refund. The customer service was a 0/10! The presentation was a 0/10! Do better!

  Refused to make my Uber Eats order. They would keep telling my drivers someone stole my order when that is not the case. I even created a second order and they still told the second set of drivers the same thing when they really just didnt want to make it. Instead lets just turn uber eats off for the store or hey cancel it! Wouldve saves alot of peoples time and effort. This is regarding the team and manager working on 12/19/25 @ 10PM 12/30 UPDATE: I emailed the email address they provided below on 12/25 and still have not received a response. Just FYI.
