At random times at night when the staff doesn’t feel like working they’ll say, “Shift change”. This happened tonight at 9:40 pm and 3 weeks around 11:30pm on a Friday night. They make you wait so long at the drive thru mic hoping you drive off and then they will say shift change. Take my advice and go to the Riverdale location, they are always consistent with great service and have been for many years. It worth driving the extra miles. No need for the generic corporate response “We strive for excellent service.” Do better.

My husband went through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell and the experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish. From the moment he placed his order, the employee had a rude, impatient attitude and kept rushing him.
When he reached the window, the employee spilled a drink on my husband and all over the inside of our car. There was no apology, no napkins offered, and no attempt to help clean it up just a dismissive “it was an accident.” After that, they still managed to give us our entire order wrong.
As my husband was pulling away, the employee began speaking badly about him. When my husband addressed it, the employee said he didn’t care about his job and threatened to come outside and fight him. That kind of behavior is shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for any business, especially one serving the public.
We tried calling the store to speak with management, but no one answered. This is not the first time we’ve had problems at this location with rude employees and incorrect orders, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.
This level of disrespect and hostility toward customers should never be tolerated. This location needs serious attention from management and corporate before someone gets hurt or the situation becomes even worse.

Ordered food through the app with a gift card. Came in and they said they're closed and can't make food. Got in the car and watched multiple people go in and out with food. Can't get a refund since it was a gift card so I just wasted money on food I didn't even get while other people got their food.

Horrible experience ordered uber eats , and I know it wasn’t an app issue cause the ticket has my name and shows all restrictions.. I cannot have any meat and they put steak in one item chicken in two and beef in one almost felt intentional cause no way you mess up Every single item and add meat that doesn’t even normally come
With the item … for the nachos and cheese they just threw the cheese ontop and didn’t include my chipotle sauce. Didn’t get my chalupa either instead they gave me an extra soft chicken taco.. which I didn’t have. Got horrible food poisoning after I had a bite with some meat and had to throw out rest. Uber eats refused to refund me the 30$ thanks.
