  They would not let me order because I explained to them I was trying to order a combo that was clearly displayed on the TO Go order menu outside and they said they do not do that. I calmly said that I’m not trying to argue with you but it says…. And before I could finish my statement they said that they were not going to serve me. As I drove past the second window, one of the females was holding up both hands with a W. Awful customer service. I hope the interaction was recorded.

  Horrible service asked for churros they gave me Cinnabons and they didn’t give me the 3 tacos with beans I ordered asked them to make it and they messed it up again asked them to make it right it does absolutely no good to give out a free taco coupon if they don’t know how to follow the order and make it right plus how are you out of beans every time it’s something

  KEEP DRIVING PAST IT! One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Went yesterday between 5pm-6pm and the cashier at the drive thru was very rude from the beginning to where I had to say something about it. The manager then gets on the speaker and she is just as rude! Owner please don't say to email you because you do that on alot of the reviews just to see the same complaint about the same employee's. Worst customer service ever. Please hire new employees asap!!

  I gave a 3/5 bc its hit or miss. Recently, it's been miss everytime we go (and unapologetically we go often). EVERY TIME the last idk, FIVE trips....they've left out our Cinnamon twists that we PAID almost $2.00 each, FOR! We never bother to call or try and get them on the next order for obvious reasons. One thing they never miss is them stank ahh attitudes. If the staff does just ONE THING right it can be to leave that messiness at the house. The Poplar/highland location is a bit better. Just dont go when the sun goes down. Something about nighttime makes the customer service and their hearing/cognitive abilities decline. Anyway, think I wrapped it all up pretty well. Pun intended. **Edited a week later after original postto add 2/4/26** Ordered $30 worth of stuff and the gave us a bag with 2 items that we didn't even order. Told them and they acted like we were lying- then they made it and STILL left out 2 chips and cheese and 1 chicken chalupa. The chalupa we did get was made with ground beef and not chicken like we ordered. We did get 2 extra cinnamon twist. That tells me they just saw an order for 2 luxe boxes and didn't pay attention to what was customized on it. They also weren't gonna make my drink until my husband made a comment and they changed their mind and said they had him and made it. This location gets worse every time we go. I really hate that.
