Every time I come here the employees are in front of the store smoking weed, they’re understaffed, they bark at you through the drive through kiosk, and the food is slopped together. The other Memphis locations are not much better, but this one is the worst offender. Jsut because you are fast food does not mean you should not hold yourself to bare minimum standards. I’m not sure what the issue is with management, why they allow their store to be operated so poorly, or why on a corporate level TB would allow themselves to have such a poor reputation. Tonight my food was in a bag that was so greasy it ripped open, my chalupa wrapper was soggy and felt like a wet diaper. I have never had an order make me lose my appetite until now. I didn’t even want to touch it

I asked for a grilled steak burrito, but was given a chicken enchilada burrito instead. I went the other night and was told the wrong price for my order. I told the lady no ma’am and then had to tell her again what I ordered. I have been left waiting behind other cars because no one was there at the window. Not returning.
