  Worst service ever they don't serve customer they are very lazy and slow moving. They prefer to mop the floor than serving the customers .don't even want to give a single star because of this taco bell im not gonna visit any other tacobell in my life. If you are really serious about the business and about the customers change the staff and management first. Every one's time is valuable.

  I try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and you still mess up Try to order the new items the new Chalupa’s were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them Absolutely no bacon on the item and it cost for bacon What is the new dip No chips how can I eat it without the chips? What’s the point? You guys service for this food was horrible. Disgusting. The taste of it was disgusting. The little bit that I could eat so unsatisfied.

  Order food from this location today and they didn't even give us all our food when we call to report they told me we couldn't get a refund and hung up on me so don't order from this location they rude and they Dont give you all your food

  The other day I the worst customer service experience of my life, as did my husband. We went through the drive through. We ordered several things that we were told were no longer on the menu so we needed to find new things to order. We were ordering for ourselves and our daughter who was in the back seat. The girl taking orders was extremely rude! My husband asked for a moment to select a new item on the menu each time we were told something was no longer served. They were recently removed from the menu as we were in about 2 weeks ago and ordered the items. There was no one in line behind us. The girl asked multiple times what we wanted in a snappy tone and if we were ready yet...then she would start listing out random things quickly and in a rude and demeaning voice. My husband said one moment, he was still reading the menu. Each time she interrupted us to bark at us if we were ready...it just cost more time to read the menu because of her constant extremely rude interruptions. The last time my husband said one more moment please she gave a very loud and long sigh that was greatly exaggerated. He said he was sorry if he was frustrating her and she didn't respond.

  Second time in a row my food was old. I can definitely I will never come back to this location. This is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible food and even worse customer service. And they had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t old. Wow man…::
