I told him he has to be joking. He responded in a very unprofessional manner that he had no reason be joking or lying. I think Taco Bell needs to get some communication training to their employees. I decided not to eat here became if they're that unprofessional I don't want them handling my food.

The last time I went (9/16) three employees were standing out front smoking marijuana in broad daylight, I don't want people so careless preparing my food.

They filled multiple other peoples orders telling us they are short staffed but everyone else came in after us. Like I can have some understanding but how does it take 50 minutes to make some tacos. I would stay away from here.. previously it was nice but something has clearly happened and you simply can't get your food and they won't refund or cancel your order.
