    HORRIBLE SERVICE/HOSTILE MANAGER. Had put in an order on the mobile app at 8:11pm. The stores hours on their website and google said they closed at 9pm. Order goes through and starts the progress bar. Turns out the store is closed with a paper sign on the door with the "updated hours" now closing at 8pm. There is no way to cancel the order and no one there to answer the phone. Came back the following afternoon to ask about the order, hoping to get my sandwiches made that day to resolve it. Manager on duty immediately shot down the idea that an order could have been placed after they had closed and aggressively argued with me for 5 minutes before she would even look at my receipts, screenshots, or email confirmations on the order. Ended calling her higher-up or someone and went through the register trying to look for the order. After all was said and done she still refused to make the order and made it absolutely clear she was not going to do a refund. Was given the Subway corporate number which was a joke and no further help. DO NOT GO HERE!!

    No vayan las personas hispanas a este lugar hay personas que son árabes o indios no se que raza sean pero son muy groseros usan audífonos no comprenden cuando uno les está pidiendo las cosas por estar escuchando música muy mal lugar para que vayan a pesar que hace poco han abierto por su remodelacion tratan muy mal a las personas fue hoy 06/01/25 la hora fue como 5pm debieran de darle una capacitación de servicio al cliente NO VAYAN LAS PERSONAS HISPANAS NO VAYAN
