- VVVaishnavi Vinta3 days ago1.0I arrived at this Subway location around 8:45 PM. Google shows the store closes at 9:00 PM, so I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The employee on shift refused to serve me, saying she needed to leave before 9 and that the owner would not pay her for working past closing time. When I said I would leave a review so the owner could see what happened, she responded by showing the middle finger and said I could tell the owner she did that. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If a store cannot serve customers during its posted hours, the hours should be updated accordingly. Customer service like this reflects very poorly on the management.
