- JAJosh AkinJul 31, 20251.07/31/25- 1:00PM. Two people working both speaking a foreign language non stop on their phones which is very rude to me as a customer. They both didn’t stop talking on the phone for the 10 minutes i was there. As the man was making my sandwiches he kept digging INSIDE his ear. At one point (while he was still talking on the phone) he took his glove off, continued to DIG IN HIS EAR with his bare fingers then looked at the gunk he pulled out on his finger. He put another glove on (still talking on the phone) went back to making the sandwhich and that was it for me. I had to walk out. Culturally, i understand these people do not have the same sanitary standards as Americans but this was beyond unacceptable. Talking on the phone and digging in your ears with your fingers while making a customer a sandwich is quite possibly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed. I encourage everyone to read this and think twice before spending your money here. You can get a better sandwhich elsewhere and won’t have to worry about unsanitary practices from the workers.
