- DBDawn H (Pretty Brown)Jul 3, 20251.0Something told me not to do a pick up order because I had never done one with them before, but I went against my better judgement and did it anyway. Big mistake! They have coke products listed for fountain drinks but when you get to the store, there are none. 1st strike. Next, I ordered pepper jack cheese on my sandwich. Not only did I not get pepper jack, I didn't get any. Who's ordering sandwiches with no cheese????? 2nd strike. I go on the website under the MVP account and there's no way to report an issue, so I called the store 4x...no answer. 3rd strike. Do better. It shouldn't be this hard to get an order right when the details are given to you plain as day. And if you don't have coke products, stop advertising them! And answer the phone!! Nobody's calling subway just for the fun of it, so if the phone rings, more than likely it's a customer calling!
