They say they are out but the other customers are receiving them. Just because I visit this particular location multiple times a week doesn't mean I keep the cup holders. But the fact that they even have a problem with me asking, I shouldn't have to if I'm paying for over 2 drinks.

Went here last night at about 7pm and people were leaving because the kids working were taking forever to take orders and even laughing and playing when actually answering the intercom. I pulled up to one stall and tried to order. The young lady who answered the call sounded like she was 50ft away from the mic. Then I could hear her laughing and ultimately got no response. Then I went around to another stall and tried to order again. This time I can hear the young lady clearly. I begin with my order and never hear anything back. No confirmation or anything. After about 5 minutes of awkward silence I noticed people around me who were not helped leaving. I decide to go to the Sonic on 64 and they got me taken care of in about 5. This location has given me issues before but last night was the last time. Deserves 0 stars.
