  When I came to this location Teresa was an amazing. I love her customer service felt really welcoming when I walked in the building.

  Just went here was having kind of a rough day. 2 of the sweetest and kindest black women I ever meet work here. They welcome you, try to help you, and dont judge if you pay with change. Food was perfect. Wish I could have tipped them 20 a piece. Would come back again. Stop by, smile, and leave a tip!

  When I received my order, the seal on the bag was broken and the order appeared to have been opened. I immediately called the store and was told a replacement order would be sent out. I had ordered both wings and a pizza. When the replacement was delivered, I attempted to return the original opened order to the driver. However, I only received a replacement pizza — the wings were not included. When I called the store to address the missing wings, I was told that the wings would not be remade. I was also informed that someone had sealed the bag and that someone else must have opened it. If that was the case, the entire order should have been remade for safety and quality reasons — not just part of it. Additionally, the manager I spoke with displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude when handling the situation. This issue should have been resolved properly at the store level. I am currently working with corporate to address the matter.
