That is what I call fixing a mistake. I usually do not have issues at this Pizza Hut as I had others. The one time I did. She was able to make it right. Thanks for the amazing customer service. And keep smiling Ms. Monica you are doing an amazing job!!!

A lady name Monica assisted me with the most pleasant energy I have yet to receive in Memphis at a fast food restaurant. Her aura alone spoke volumes. Pleasantly and happy to help me and patient when I didn’t know what I wanted . I’m 1000% sure I’ll come back . Thank you Monica for all you do . It was more than just grabbing food . It’s an experience.

I called and was insulted about not having a car because I chose to have my food delivered on a chilly rainy evening. Jordan was rude & told me she could refund me $2 for the pan crust I paid for. I never asked for a refund but she said she'd refund my money if I brought the pizza back which I ultimately did because I couldn't trust her to remake the order after the way I was treated. I offered to send in pictures as my initial concern was the dough may have been old or a bad batch. I've been in customer service for 26 years & have never treated a returning paying customer as age treated Me. I'm extremely disappointed.
