They wouldn’t offer a refund, a credit, or anything said it’s nothing they can do!

I ordered two pizzas (one pepperoni and one Italian sausage — one hand-tossed and one Tavern-style crust), but both looked and tasted like the same crust. I also ordered Cajun-style boneless wings and upgraded my breadsticks to cheese sticks for an extra $3, but I only received regular breadsticks and no wings at all. I used my points for Cinnabons and instead got undercooked cinnamon sticks that tasted like they came from frozen. When I called the store to report the issue, a young lady answered, put me on hold, then hung up. I called back multiple times, and each time she picked up but didn’t say anything. After about ten tries, she finally spoke and said they were too busy to check my order and asked me to call back later. While she was polite once we actually talked, the way she ignored the calls beforehand was very unprofessional. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this experience was extremely frustrating — missing items, poor food quality, and unhelpful service.

Never have i had anything like this happen to me but apparently the assistant manager robbed me by applying a $60 tip to my order when i was only supposed to be paying a $1 because i had some rewards i was using that day. Scammers. Even the manager. Nobody has ever gave me my refund. The manager said she wont give me a refund because it will come out of her own pockets. Contacted actual pizza hut customer care and theyw ont help either because apparently they dont see the tip added in their system. BEWARE
