  I had a complicated carry out order with several substitutions and multiple different types of dressing, etc, that different family members ordered. This was the first time I’ve ordered Outback in a while, and I was honestly skeptical they would get it right. Man, was I wrong! The food was very good, but the service and attention to detail was perfect! It’s rare you can get a large to-go order completely correct anywhere these days. Well done, Outback! And I’ll be back soon!

  Steakhouse is too salty. Service was not great but it was a holiday weekend so maybe short handed that night. Overall for the price they have a good menu selection for any budget range.

  This restaurant is awesome, they cook my steak perfect every time their steak is better than some of the more expensive places. The quality is awesome especially for the price you get gourmet cuts of steak for a really good price. The service was fast and quality, usually you have to trade one for the other but not here and that's on a consistent basis. This outback is definitely one of the better steak places to eat at

  Ordered through Uber Eats. Spent almost $100 for 3 meals. Called the Miracle (employee) who assured me we would have 3 breads and butter for 3 meals and condiments for all of our loaded potatoes. Well they arrived plain with nothing and only 1 bread. Totally ridiculous and outrageous pricing especially since I was assured by the Miracle!! Management rude and of no help at all!! The Miracle needs to find another job because it's a miracle she even has one! Ridiculous. Containers are also now 1/2 of the size they used to be. I know because I used to save them. Hope you go out of business Outback or pray for another Miracle..lol! I had called twice. They couldnt even put a slice of onion on my daughter's hamburger. The blooming onion we ordered was not crispy but very soggy and they aren't cheap. Maybe if the Miracle Worker could stay off her cell phone and start listening to customers..then the service might get better! Also who eats a plain loaded baked potato? When it says loaded it means sour cream butter chives cheese bacon bits..you know..stuff like that!..And the everything box was checked for all potatoes. We have ordered take out here in the past and it was always no less than perfect but due to the neglect from your Miraculous employee..this order was trash! I order delivery because I am disabled and pay the extra fees and tip. I usually call because once the stapled bag leaves the store..the driver has nothing to do with it. I threw away my potato and brocolli. Normally the brocolli is steamed and delivered in a bag with butter. This time in a cup and hard.

  Went to the union location and was seated for 20 minutes and no one took our drink order and I asked for a high chair for my child and a waitress came and threw a booster seat on the floor. The staff was inattentive and rude. The bathroom was also filthy. We left and went to the Germantown location and the staff was awesome and the restaurant was clean. The union location needs to be evaluated because you would think in a prime location like downtown they would have better service
