    We came in Thursday night close to closing and purchased a large soup. When we got home we realized they gave us a small. Since they were already closing we decided to come back another day and try to receive the appropriate size soup that we paid for, to which the older man at the counter refused to accommodate because we did not have a receipt, which we also never received. His attitude was rude and standoffish, and made me not want to eat at newks again. I think a company should treat customers who paid for food with the level of respect to not treat them like they’re trying to lie about a cup of soup they already paid for, and not owning up to a workers mistake to make it right. We wanted to eat lunch here but took our money elsewhere. I believe in companies having integrity and listening to customers concerns, especially when it comes to a mistake your employee made.
