  I'm very upset.. the General Manager walked to my table and told me I had to leave because I had been there since he got there and that was at noon... At this time it was 5:15 pm .. I stated what did I do wrong and I don't know who you saw at noon cause that wasn't me I was still at home in bed trying to make myself get up... He said like I said you been here since noon and at this McDonald's we give you thirty minutes to eat... I was like wow.. ok let me call my Lyft as that's how I got there and I won't be coming back to this McDonald's he said that's fine you don't have to come back.. now mind you I had placed a order through the app .. I like to get the points and the deals several people came in and got their food before me so I finally went to the counter and asked did y'all receive a McChicken meal order the lady pushed a machine and my receipt came out then she made my order .. I don't cone to McDonald's everyday but when I do come I eat when I get there and I eat before I leave because I had a fire at my home and can't cook anything right now I am not supposed to be on my feet but I have my boot on and I catch a Lyft there and back so not to walk so much. I wasn't able to eat anything before I left or order anything to even take home so I would be ok for the night... I am embarrassed that I was treated this way .. I'm not a bum or anything and not homeless or anything like that and I have every receipt plus the app and my points to prove I pay all the time and twice a day at that... I pulled out my phone and walked to the counter to show Mr. General Manager my time stamp on when Lyft dropped me off as he kept insisting I was there since noon... He said I don't want to see that .. I was like I just want you to see I don't lie and I can't believe you don't remember me because you have took my order twice in one day yourself I pulled down my mask and said you don't remember me I always ask for the manager Lady with the eyelashes cause I like her attitude and she doesn't get mad if the app messed up that I be use sometimes for my order I didn't use it several times not knowing about it... That's my neighborhood McDonald's now I'm going to have to find another one that doesn't treat a loyal customer in this manner he finally looked at the time and kept saying I APOLOGIZE IF IM WRONG .. what he mean IF... I'm showing him he was wrong wow I have never been treated so inhumanely in my life

  The fact that I can pull into a drive-thru window during operational business hours and not be served because I'm not picking up Uber eats is insane to me but I guess it's normal now

  Nasty...I mean...NASTY ladies restroom. One toilet stuffed with a paper towel, another toilet was leaking g and water on the floor and the 3rd ine, the door didn't latch.

  I very too often eat shitty food from here because it’s the closest location. Sometimes the food is good and service is great when the supervisor is present, everything is in tip top shape. But when she’s not there, everything is a negative 10. I made a pickup order tonight and my order was already sitting when I got there they attempted to give me fresh fries, that weren’t even fresh they were just under the heat. Nuggets are like rubber, as if they had been regrouped, and my spicy crispy deluxe chicken was room temperature and had no tomatoes. They didn’t give me all of the sauces I requested with the order which ofc costs more. My thing is at least wait til I’m present at the restaurant to make my order fresh, cause now I’m and, and this is the first time I’ve ever gone out of my way to make a verbal known complaint. And then no one answers the phone but that’s every McDonald’s, huh?
