Sometimes the food is good and service is great when the supervisor is present, everything is in tip top shape. But when she’s not there, everything is a negative 10. I made a pickup order tonight and my order was already sitting when I got there they attempted to give me fresh fries, that weren’t even fresh they were just under the heat. Nuggets are like rubber, as if they had been regrouped, and my spicy crispy deluxe chicken was room temperature and had no tomatoes. They didn’t give me all of the sauces I requested with the order which ofc costs more. My thing is at least wait til I’m present at the restaurant to make my order fresh, cause now I’m and, and this is the first time I’ve ever gone out of my way to make a verbal known complaint. And then no one answers the phone but that’s every McDonald’s, huh?

But you would be wrong! This is one of the worst McDonald's in the city and that's saying something. Slow service, if you get adequate service, doesn't matter what time of day, frequently get your orders wrong so check your bag before you drive away, management defenda poor service instead of listening to customer complaints.

Even when there’s nobody in line! 9 times out of 10, I know I’m going to have to circle back around and ask them to grab one (or more) of my missing items. Even though I will most likely return due to proximity and convenience, if you have the time and patience, it’s definitely worth it to skip this one and try any other McDonalds within a 10 to 20 mile radius.
