  I visited this location todau(11/20/25) approximately 11:45am the order taker was “ok”(he didn’t greet me at the window or thanked me), when I reached the pickup window the cashier was too busy talking about her family to even notice that I had arrived at the pickup window, she didn’t make eye contact, thanked me or anything, she proceeded to talk about her personal business…all I can say is wow…. I’m embarrassed for this restaurant.

  Another Memphis McDonald's that won't open the dinning room for breakfast. The posted hours says 7am but at 730am the doors were locked and the staff wouldn't even acknowledge my question when it would open. I went one block east to the burger king and enjoyed my breakfast there.

  I ordered three Mc doubles and three hot and spicy. All of the food was greasy, and my kid almost ate. A sticker that was wrap it up on top of the hot and spicy chicken sandwiches. 😡

  I just went to McDonald’s to grab a large fry for lunch and one of the employees at the second window was just extremely annoying. As soon as i got to the window he told me it’ll be a 30 minute wait so i told him i wanted a refund and then he just out laughing in my face and says haha I’m joking. I’m sorry but i just came through the line for fries not an annoying joke. He did again with the sauce stating it cost .27 cents, i reach for my phone for tap but he doesn’t do anything. Nobody wants to deal with annoying service when they are already on a time crunch. Please just hand people the food so they can go.

  When I come in to the establishment the people in there is very unfriendly people don't acknowledge you when you walk through the door, and Everytime I stand at the counter I have to wait 6 to 7 minutes to just get someone attention so I can tell them my order sometime I will ask for people attention and they will just ignore me. It's been times we're I had to stand there 30 to 45 minutes before someone ask me what my order number is. Even then when I get my food something's missing or some or they made my order wrong. Like when I put cheese on my chicken sandwich I have never gotten back with cheese on it, and it's like I just wasted my money so I just stop order my food with extra things on it. Like There is not one McDonald's I have ever gotten cheese on my chicken sandwich like when I ask for it and I pay extra for it. Even then sometimes I'll order my food ahead like I don't even order my food when I'm going to get my food I put my order in 30 minutes early and still my food is not made when I get to the restaurant and I will still have to wait another 10 to 30 minutes, And then every time I go to the place there are homeless people standing in front of the establishment so I feel uncomfortable even going inside just to get my food because people are begging for money at the stairwell.
