  So we went into this location and we waited for a small amount of time, and decided to just go through the drive through. So, we go and the girl that was taking the orders she wasn't exactly rude but she was not friendly either. We place our order and we were not told which windows to go to and when the next lady came to the windows she told us to go to the next window for my coffee. So we go to the next window and she rudely hands me my food but no coffee and I waited and waited then I honked and still nothing we had to pull around and go in just to get my frappe and it was half melted. We look at our food and it was just thrown into the bag. The small fry we got looked like they didn't even try to put them in the sleeve, my nuggets were also just thrown in the bag with the the box they are supposed to be in just thrown in the bag. Overall it was probably the worst experience at a McDonalds.

  I recently purchased chicken from your Hacks Cross location on 2/21/26 at or around 11:45 am cst. Upon eating, I noticed that part of the chicken was undercooked/pink in the center. I am pregnant and am concerned about potential foodborne illness from this. I returned to the restaurant to notify them of the situation and was unhappy with the proposed resolution. I had to get to an appointment, so upon catching the grave error I couldnt immediately return to the store; when I returned an hour later I didnt have everything that my entire order contained. Only the proof which was the sandwich. I threw what was left away because i really didnt want to return. I changed my mind because they had to know someone had to advocate in that moment. I truly feel like a restaurant that truly valued not only their customers experience but also wellbeing would have did a full refund for the inconvenience. It was upsetting that a restaurant that couldn't ensure that the food they serve was up to par would be more worried about money. I did not accept the refund because no amount of money could amount to the health and wellbeing of myself and my child. The manager on duty who dropped the ball was Tara Edwards. She should be retrained and reminded that the customer is always the priority. I wanted to document this incident and request that it be reported to the appropriate food safety or quality control team. Please let me know if any additional information is needed

  This location suffers greatly from lack of attention and customer service. A very Not positive customer experience. Zero management of walking in customers who don't use kiosk. Could gain a lot of information from Germantown and poplar location on true Cus.service.

  I came in today about 10:30 to order two steak and egg begals the lady at resister wearing a blue shirt which should be an assistant manager, tried to charge me $18.90 it’s only $5.99 for each begal refrain from coming to this place they will try to scam you.
