The supervisor lady refused to take my payment while all Uber drivers were power ahead of me, all of anyone allowed to go before me and I had created my order on the kiosk unable to pay worth my gift card. Rhetorical making my Uber lift drive I'd ordered lane me and my get a penalty from them and had to get another Uber. I greatly express to anyone in this area if you're WHITE... YOU WILL BE 💯 DISREGUARDED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU'RE A PIECE OF NOTHING BY THE TIME YOU LEAVE THE PLACE. I'M SEVERELY DISPLEASED IN THE SERVICE PERFORMED NOT ONLY BY THE SUPERVISER BUT THE CO- WORKERS WHOM WERE COMPLETELY UNDER HERE CONTROL. I WAS DENIED A DRINK BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY HAD NOTHING TO DRINK BUT 4 MINS LATER A NEW CUSTOMER CAME ON IN AND SHE WAS POLITELY ASKED "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRINK MA'AM? WE HAVE SPRITE, TEA , FANTA ORANGE, ETC..." SO OF COURSE I COME ÌN AND I SAY " DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DRINK?" HER REPLY TO ME: "WELL THESE ARE ALL SLUSHY"... WELL WE ALL KNOW THAT MCDONALD'S DOESN'T CARRY TEA SLUSHY, OR FANTA SLUSHY OR SPRITE SLUSHY.... THIS PLACE IS VERY BAD BAD 👎

It looked like someone shook up the container before putting it on the heat lamp for 4 hours. My husband got a fresh one because he modified it.

I love beautiful spirited people and the young lady that took my order had one. She didn't rush me while I giving her my order. She was polite and courteous! We need to have more staff like her at every drive thru and counter! What great experiences we would all have! The only thing I hate is I didn't ask her name or read her name tag, so I could shout her out in this review!!!!
