To my surprise the door was locked, as I waited to get someone's attention I made sure of the time walk-ins was being accepted which was 7am. Finally I got the attention of an employee and they said they were closed so I pointed to the sign and I was told to hold on a sec and she went and got the manager. Manager came and told me to go through the drive through, and I responded we cant take my bus through the drive through. She did ask me what I wanted and I told her but I really didn't think I was about to get the McDonald's experience that I've had in the past. This is a sad situation when you have a displayed open time and then being told and treated like the customer is in the wrong. Im not sure what culture is being carried at this location, but it's definitely doesn't reflect other locations throughout the city. I guess this is the normal for these type of establishments. SMH
