They had no excuse to why we couldn't go on the inside of the MacDonald on Austin peay in Memphis Tennessee they has the worst attitude and I have been in customer service for 20years that isn't how you treat paying customers. I know lose one not going to stop anything but I don't know might have lost me as a customer forever. Too many other restaurants that serves you with a smile no matter what time of day it is

They have you waiting at the speaker 10 minutes before you can place an order and when you call in to see what’s the holdup management gets very smart with you we are trying to get breakfast before we go to work and it always causes me to be a little late no matter how early I come. Sad it take me 18 minutes in line today merry Christmas Eve 2025
