Was ask to come inside to talk with a manager who stated her name was Cynthia. She was rude and very unprofessional there was only 2 people and myself in the lobby . The two people already made there orders and Cynthia the manager just refused to even check . For my artistic 4yrold grandson if they even had the number we needed for the bts tiny tan throw back addition. The manager Cynthia said with a bad attitude ,im not looking through know dang box for that . Im like wow she had know one in line and it would had only taking maybe 5 min to check . But hey the white manager at the location on poplar new German town took the time out to check a day ago and her store was crowded huh? 🤔🤔🤔 and yes im a black man in Memphis , tn
