  I am so tired of their employees acting as if I am the issue when buying something. I sat at the windows 15 minutes before a worker came to the windows to ask what did I need. I ORDERED ONLINE. LIKE THE SCREEN SHOWS YOU EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. MY FOOD HAD SAT THERE THE ENTIRE TIME AND SHE TRIED HANDING ME A MELTED SLUSH AND ICE COLD FRIES. AND WHEN I ASKED FOR FRESH FRIESVSHE CAUGHT AND ATTITUDE. I WAS ON MY LUNCH AND HAD NO PLACE TO GO BECAUSE I USEE UP MY TIME THERE. BUT BEST BELIEVE MY BANK WAS NOTIFIED AND CORPORATE.

  The last two times that I have ordered a McFlurry from this location, it was nothing but toppings on ice cream. There wasn't even an attempt at mixing it. Complaining on the McDonald's app doesn't do any good. This location is also pretty slow.

  Worst place to eat In Whitehaven.Service absolutely horrible. Everytime you go there workers are complaining and don’t won’t to work. How do you serve ice cream and say you are not going to walk to back and get spoon. Everyone there needs to be fired I have never ever had good service there never!

  Say what you will about McDonald's. It's a decade, old staple that won't go away.And you can count on the quality. I'm glad that they now have non paok options for breakfast.
