By far the worst steak bagels ive gotten from McDonald's yet..and the frappe machine being "cleaned" come on bunch of good for nothins, if it was dirty you clean it BEFORE the breakfast rush ya know because most people want coffee...with breakfast...weird concept...you guys literally get paid to do this job...and its sad...you think you deserve more for such poor service...unbelievable, im sorry I wasted my money here.

I ONLY got 2 frappes. I was in drive thru and once I got to the 2nd window I was asked to pull forward. So I pulled forward and just came on the inside to wait. I told the front counter person who I was and what I was waiting on. Everyone in here was loud and rude. I literally waited for over 20 minutes for 2 frappes. After about 15 minutes of standing there I just started recording!!!There was no line and only 2 cars in drive thru behind me.

I have ordered on my mobile app my son some nuggets and fries with no salt with three sauces. The fries have a lot of salt on it and the general manager, which is an American girl. This just happened at 4:20 PM today she gave me the wrong sauces tried to give me the incorrect order in drive-through. I did not take it and I let her know that that was not mine so by the time she gave me my order, she gave me three different sauces that was incorrect my son like three different sauces which is sweet sour, honey mustard barbecue they were out of barbecue, which is fine. She gave me another one which salsa sauce or something I’m not sure never heard of it Piccante sauce I told her I never heard of that so I told her I would come inside to get the sauce cause I did not wanna hold up the line because she’s going back-and-forth with me about different sauces Which to me was rude so I came into the store to change my son sauce out for his nuggets, she continue to go back-and-forth with me. She is very unprofessional and I come to this McDonald’s quite often because it’s headed home from picking up my son from school. Please speak with the general manager about talking to customers.
