I have ordered on my mobile app my son some nuggets and fries with no salt with three sauces. The fries have a lot of salt on it and the general manager, which is an American girl. This just happened at 4:20 PM today she gave me the wrong sauces tried to give me the incorrect order in drive-through. I did not take it and I let her know that that was not mine so by the time she gave me my order, she gave me three different sauces that was incorrect my son like three different sauces which is sweet sour, honey mustard barbecue they were out of barbecue, which is fine. She gave me another one which salsa sauce or something I’m not sure never heard of it Piccante sauce I told her I never heard of that so I told her I would come inside to get the sauce cause I did not wanna hold up the line because she’s going back-and-forth with me about different sauces Which to me was rude so I came into the store to change my son sauce out for his nuggets, she continue to go back-and-forth with me. She is very unprofessional and I come to this McDonald’s quite often because it’s headed home from picking up my son from school. Please speak with the general manager about talking to customers. Thank you

Came on my lunch break, spent the whole break in drive thru. ORDERED A TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER COMBO ONLY MAYO SHREDDED LETTUCE AND CHEESE ONLY ". I ADVISE EVERYONE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PULLING OFF. I WAS CHARGED 17.00$FOR A DBL CHEESE BURGER (MADE WRONG) MUSTARD, KETCHUP, THE WORKS😡,FRIES NOT THERE, NUGGETS ICE COLD .TOO MANY SMART MOUTH LAZY KIDS IN THERE. I'M MOST DEFINITELY COMING UP THERE TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT OR A REFUND!!!!!!

Big mac is always on point. Love the Special sauce (thousand island dressing). Food was good for Mickie dees. It was drive through.

Went tonight around 8/8:10, I do not frequent McDonald’s AT ALL but the service tonight was outstanding. There was a bit of a wait time on Strips (no big deal), however the staff was more than accommodating! Everything was fresh!
