  Make sure to double check your bag before leaving.... they wont make sure your order is correct before dispatching you.... bad experience

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this location regarding my child that was placing an order The service was horrible, and the manager, Yolanda, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I did not feel heard or treated with basic courtesy. This situation could have been handled much better, but instead it escalated due to the manager’s attitude. Because of this experience, I am requesting to speak with someone from the corporate office to address this matter properly. I hope corporate takes this complaint seriously and ensures better customer service moving forward.

  Crappy manager that got an attitude with everybody. They got my daughter's order wrong, and when I politely told them I got someone else's order, this grown woman named Yolanda decided it was her time to shine. Apart from not listening to me not wanting a refund or needing something extra, she had the audacity to just tell my kid to eat whatever was in the bag. I tried to kindly tell her multiple times that they mistakingly gave us someone else's order, and she automatically slammed the window door on us. The other staff was pretty calm and nice trying to calm her down and get our order right especially since it was a pick up order, but she continued yelling at me and my daughter. SHE IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD BTW! WHILE THIS GROWN WOMAN WAS TRYING TO TELL HER TO JUST EAT WHATEVER WAS IN THE BAG! Idk if her husband left her or if her taxes didn't come early, but Yolanda almost lost her wig.

  Apparently even with no customers in line at 2 am they dont want to work or even take an order. Probably napping from working so hard, im sure.
