The other lane was being ignored, and orders weren't being taken from that lane. I went inside, and there appeared to be only a few staff with an additional 3 customers inside waiting. I stood for an additional 10 minutes inside and still didn't get my order in after being here for 30 minutes. There is a drugged-out lady inside the store rolling around on the floor while staff pay no attention and move around like turtles. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've been to in the Memphis area so far. I went to Sonic on Poplar, 9 minutes down the road, and was in and out in 12 minutes max. Ridiculous! Corporate needs to seriously revamp this location; look at the other reviews 😂.
