  This location needs to be shut down for good from customer service to food quality and everything else is horrible nobody wants to work and nothing works

  I’ve been several times to this location as it’s on my route home from work the food is ALWAYS lower quality than other McDonald’s & wait times are rediculous especially in the evenings! If you’re going here be prepared to wait! Tonight it was almost 30 minutes for a Mobil order. Poor man working both windows almost alone I saw what looked like 2 cook. Management please help you poor team out they don’t deserve to be this short staffed all the time. Don’t bother sending me feedback link I already sent it hoping someone more than owner will see it.

  For the ones that love going through drive thru, sometimes u gotta get out of your car to interact with the employees and know who fixing your food. Obviously the manager is nasty because this store has roaches crawling right in front of you on the counter. The manager waves it off when another customer addresses it. You don’t work with roaches around your food or nobody else’s unless you use to it.

  I ordered the Honey Spice chicken sandwich. It was the bomb. It was my first time ordering it and I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a long time. That sandwich was made so well, the bacon 🥓 😋 😍 the taste was really good. Those fries were fresh/ hot.This was the Lamar/ Trezvant location. My hats off to the Orange Mound location, great service, 🤗🤩👌🏽 it was about 11:30 p.m. I've gone to Olive Branch store and ordered the same thinking i was about to get a treat like the Lamar store...NOT!!! I had the survey coupon( messy, thrown together, hardly any lettuce), I didn't like it. FYI: this was like the same shift as Lamar.
