Why was this in my salad? Horrible!! Every time I go either something is missing or something is not fixed correctly. While picking the onions out of my salad I picked this out also! It’s wasn’t busy at all so I know the preparer saw snd knowingly put this in my salad!🤬

I order a salad 🥗 and told them I want shredded lettuce but realized that lady had told me that she wanted mixed lettuce.I called back to change it and was told that I can't change it.When I went to pick the order up,they tried to make me pay for something that I didn't want and remade the salad but had no love fixing right
