- MAMarquita AndersonNov 26, 20251.0THE WORST LENNY'S EVER!!!! every single time i fly into memphis and think that i will eat here, i'm always met with disappointment after disappointment. the service members are extremely rude; trying to order is always a hassle and on the one off chance i actually received some food, it was mishandled and thrown together, both their cold and hot sandwiches. on my most recent trip, we arrived at the counter to be greeted by no one but a sign stating to use the kiosk to order. as i proceeded to place my order, the kiosk gives a sleep screen saying to speak with a cashier; no one was up front, but there were workers in the back that i yelled to (given the distance) no response. there were three peope who cut from the next door restaurant to lenny's that i tried to ask if they could help, they straight up ignored me. as i began to record about my experience is when one of the guys from the back came up to assist the gentleman that walked up explaining "i'm not the cashier and i don't even know where they at". then he preceeded to walk away and went back to standing in the back near the sink. even if the restaurant was closed, there should be signage up. even if they choose to have a kiosk take orders, they should still have a humam present just in case of emergencies, questions or other issues that may come about. this was the LAST TIME i'm ever trying to eat here, and i plan on posting the video on their fb page because this is unacceptable!!
