  French onion soup was delicious. Perfect in every way. Roasted asparagus was cooked with a slight crunch still very tasty. Scallops were baely warm, almost cold. They were undercooked as you can see in the picture, they were not seared properly. The mushroom risotto was also undercooked. Risotto was a little crunchy. Service and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The wait staff was very polite and professional.

  Went there on a date night for the first time in a while. Happy hour was good for more affordable apps/wine. Service was great. It was Tuesday and they have a special for two that is a really good deal. Amazing time and exactly what we wanted.

  We were the only people inside on Sunday at 12:15. The hostes wasn't very friendly. The service was exceptionally slow, for no people being there. We felt "ignored". The jazz music was louder than needed.

  My husband and I celebrated New Yrs Eve at Flemings. Last night was amazing! The ambiance, the food, and customer service was a 10 out of 10! TJ, our all time favorite waiter is back and he treated us like royalty ! Management (Jacqueline)even stopped by our table to ensure that we were being well taken care of! The last time we were here , the service was very lackluster and we decided it would be awhile before we would come back. The service we received last night, reminded us of why we loved Flemings initially ! So, in the words of "The Terminator", We' ll be back!💯💯🤗

  A truly unique and memorable dining experience, quality food and remarkable service I had the pleasure of dining this week at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine bar in Memphis, Tennessee and I am so glad that I chose this establishment to do so. The dining occasion I was celebrating tonight was both my wife’s birthday and also our 24th wedding anniversary. The occasion HAD to be special and Fleming's delivered 100%. Upon arrival we were greeted by Taylor and the front entrance along with Carol, whom I assume to be the Manager of the shift. Our reservation confirmed, we were escorted to our awaiting and beautifully prepped table. Upon seating, we checked our coats with Taylor and noticed upon the table 2 – occasion cards, 1 – card wishing my wife a” Happy Birthday” and another card wishing us a “Happy Anniversary”. This was a REALLY nice touch and only added to the occasion. We were met and greeted by our server Chris, and soft spoken and very cordial individual whom also congratulated us on the occasion. Chris recommended and number of options for drinks which we declined but appreciated the invitation to imbibe and celebrate. The bar here is fully stocked with Top Shelf liquors and wines but also an array of various mixed drinks made to order. They have a great reputation for wine selections as well. We decided to order, whereas we had 2 – Prime Bone-in Ribeye steaks and 2 – Prime New York Strip steaks. We added the GARLIC BUTTER MUSHROOM MEDLEY for our steak topping which are shiitake, portobella & button mushrooms. We also ordered the TRIO OF ARTISANAL BUTTERS which are black truffle, espresso, herbed horseradish. We also ordered our sides which are called “Shareables” and are made for 2 people to share. The sides we ordered were the Fleming's potatoes which are Au Gratin style and also the Roasted Asparagus with herb butter. During our wait, we were treated to freshly baked bread which also came with a red wine and onion type spread along with a champagne infused either Brie or Gruyere spread…. Both of these were unique and delicious as well. MMMMmmmmmmm Our steaks soon arrived and we were thoroughly pleased with their preparation and appearance. The steaks were beautifully cooked, well grilled as ordered and cut like “butter”. Every bite was even more delicious than the last and with the addition of the Artisan butters, an overload of your taste buds. During this time may I mention that Chris our server came by “many” times to ensure our dining experience was meeting their expectations and to see if there was “anything” we needed. Carol the manager also came by to check on us and make sure we were happy with our meal and celebration. Upon finishing our meal, Chris surprised us with a small Lava cake with 2 – candles and 2 scoops of ice cream for our anniversary and birthday. The lava cake was DELICIOUS,, every bite more indulgent than the other. Finally before leaving, Chris brought us a small box of “handmade” Chocolate Truffle candy which he said was made fresh in-house by the chef himself each day. These are SO delicious, rich and decadent……Mmmmmmmm. This will go down as my best dining experience for steak in 2025. If you want to have a great meal, get what you ordered the way you ordered it and have a great night with family and friends then Fleming's is the place to go! You can read my review of another steak house from September of this year and see how they pale in comparison. I thanked each and every one that made our night special and will be returning soon. They have a “Tomahawk Tuesday” special for 2 – people I am dying to try next time. Give Fleming's a try, you will NOT be disappointed.
