  Just moved here 12 days ago and this is my second time here. Both times have been very slow. I sit in the drive thru for about 12 minutes. I’m guessing they must be short staffed like every other place

  There is this white lady that’s usually working in the morning and I believe she may be overworked or whatever the case is, she can never hear the difference between cold and hot on the intercom, her attitude is always stank, she act like she has a issue with me, it’s only coffee. It’s other times where she has dismissed me at the window because my car is very distinctive, she knows the purple , her name is Stephanie#535151 store #349258 . It took her 6 minutes to take my order and still got it wrong. First, she tried to give me a ice coffee and the second time I ask for all 4’s

  If you are diabetic do not go to this location. I specifically asked for no sugar and my drink not only had sugar but also had Splenda thrown in there and not mixed in! Very dangerous for The staff to not mix these correctly!

  Swearing, profanity flying back and fourth from and to employees. 20 minute wait 1 person inside in front of me. Who was picking up online order. Need secret shoppers from corporate.
