  Customer service from the women who are the cashiers and the women who answer the phones is TERRIBLE. Attitude, attitude, attitude . Had an order that I had to cancel because after 2hours there was no delivery made. Called the store and the store manager told me it would be sent out , waited another hour still no food. Called 5x to get order cancelled because store manager kept lying about the status of the actual order. Terrible .

  I went to order the 2-topping large pizza for I believe 6.99 and when went in the worker greeted me and ask am I ready to order,I said yes. I told him I wanted what I wanted. Another employee instantly said "it's 45 mins to a hour wait" I said that's fine. Considering they had a lot of orders. Then the cashier who was helping me stated you have to order that deal online and I said no you don't,so he proceeded to tell yes, you do so I pulled it up online and showed him it clearly says in store. He then proceeded to tell me (after I showed him) he doesn't know how to do it. Then he asked the I believe was the manager how to do it and she stated, aw she has to buy two of them to get that price! I said No I don't and proceeded to show he the deal. She then went on to tell me that it is an hour wait again. I told her I don't care about the wait ,he had already told me. Finally the cashier figured it out and I got the pizza. The manager pissed me off so bad when she said that I got a little loud and said I don't care about the wait the cashier already told me that it seems like y'all really trying to get me and other customers not order. She said nothing else after that. Don't recommend this location and I've been wanting this pizza all week😒

  If a zero can be given! Today my husband came into this location to pick up his order and the customer service there was horrible. He was never greeted by anyone once arrived inside. He was standing there for a minute, remind you the workers saw him come in but still nothing. Finally, a young lady decided to say something but her choice of words directed towards him was (placing order or pick-up). No hello, no apology, just a agitated question towards him like he interrupted her day. Her tone and demeanor was used in the most nastiest attitude way possible. Very unacceptable! This location needs to improve on their customer service! Train their employees on how to treat customers/and just people in general because this is not it. Elvis Presley location do better! Didn't get her name but the ticket number is #651.

  I got food wasn't here. I wasn't able to hold anything down for a whole 24 hours I went back up there to speak to the manager they told me that they would get back with me and no one ever called or say anything by far this is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant I tried to communicate with them about the issue and nothing happened not a refund not a I don't even think I even want any food from there so that didn't even matter but my concern was if they was giving other people the same thing I was getting because I literally got sick for a whole 24 hours couldn't hold anything down we'll never return back to this location. And I will say this location only because I do enjoy Domino's just not here.

  I been secretly playing battle of Dominos by myself in the Midsouth to see who has the best “what” and hands down, that was the best Parmesan bites I’ve ever had!! Y'all do have a little competition in Senatobia, MS with the bread consistency from their Cinnamon Bites but yeah! Those were great!
