When my mother came to pick up two orders on my behalf, the staff looked at her like she was stupid and told her that I only had one order. They wouldn’t even check so when I arrived (10 minutes later) to find out about the order, the staff ignored everyone waiting in the lobby while under looking me and other customers. When a women with reddish brown skinny dreads in a pony tail came to finally acknowledge a customer she purposely attempted to skip me when she I saw her see me when I walked in. Thankfully a gentleman redirected her to service me. When I told her about my situation she was very nonchalant and quiet honestly had an attitude like she knew who I was and just didn’t want to deal with me. This is exactly why I don’t come late night because the staff just do what they want to do with little regard for customer service. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
