When I order a pizza online, I always choose “pie cut” over “square cut.” See receipt and the received order. When I confront them about it at time of pickup, they offered to remake it, but I refuse to wait for them to correct the mistake at the pick up window. Two orders ago, they asked for my phone number to credit my account. They never followed through. Tonight, the manager informed that they admitted to automatically square cutting thin crust pizzas. They are are aware of their disregard and poor service and refuse to do anything about it.

I had to call the store to see if he was even on the way because the tracker said it should’ve been delivered but he was still at the store. If you don’t want to work, or do the damn bare minimum of the job then do something else. Stop inconveniencing everyone else. Absolutely ridiculous!
